WELDING
We can weld much faster than conventional machine that is welding of the Gate Valve,Globe Valve and Check Valve seatrings. Welding the electrode is in form of lengthy wire (0.8mm- 2mm dia) would in a spool which normal contains 12 to 12.5 kgs. This is fed continuously into the torch by a variable speed drive unit which enables non-stop deposition if desired (Leak Proof). The shielding of the arc zone is done by Co2 gas. This gas is used for welding mild steel and low alloy steel. For aluminium,brass etc.,argon gas is used. (Ferrous and Non Ferrous Metals).
